Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description

• The Electro Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and maintaining the company's mechanical and electrical machinery.
• They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with maintenance of rotating equipment such as mills, pumps, motors, and compressors desirable
• Certification in Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance or related field is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and maintaining machinery in an industrial setting
• SKF and Vibration Analysis for machinery health monitoring
• Familiarity with energy management and conservation techniques
• Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as engineering principles and machines
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
• Experience with project management and process improvement methodology
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) desirable
