• Develops and administers human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND / Minimum of 3 year experience

Qualifications

• OND with the ability to ride a motorcyle and must have 3 years experience from prominent security companies in Nigeria.
