  • The job holder is responsible for calculating, remitting and filing tax returns on behalf of employees and the organisation as a whole
Duties and responsibilities
  • Participates in the tax planning process to ensure all tax liabilities are minimised to the barest minimum
  • Liaises with tax consultants on tax related issues
  • Prepares tax computations for withholding tax, Value Added Tax, PAYE, and Company Income Tax.
  • Processes Tax documents for payment and remitting the tax liabilities, going to the Inland Revenue Service where necessary
  • Maintains and updates relevant tax schedules (reports).
  • Obtains tax clearance certificates for staff and for Rainoil as a whole.
  • Monitors the activities and performance of tax consultants and makes reports to the Head, Tax Management
  •  Liaises with Financial Accountant to facilitate the prompt and accurate remittance of tax liability in compliance with requirements of tax regulatory authorities.
  • Advises against potential tax liabilities
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Finance/ Accounting or any related discipline
  • Relevant professional certification e.g. Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN),Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engages with Executive Management to develop the Logistics strategic objectives, goals and targets in line with the Group strategy
  • Communicates the strategy within the Logistics business and leads its execution
  • Prepares the annual budgets and monitors performance to ensure that variances are avoided or minimized
  • Allocates required resources and approves requisitions in line with the budgets and laid down controls
  • Drives the development and cultivation of positive business relationships with Rainoil’s customers and vendors; directs pricing and performance reviews in order to identify service and revenue improvement opportunities and to manage costs

  • To ensure minimal disruption to service within the Logistics business by overseeing the delivery of planned and reactive truck maintenance support to the Logistics Services business.
  • To lead a team of technicians, allocate workload and manage day-to-day operations in the workshop towards ensuring that truck downtime is minimised or reduced to zero.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages, plans, controls and organises the planned preventive and corrective maintenance on Rainoil’s fleet and related equipment to maximise their lifespan and ensure safety
  • Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labour allocation for day to day operations
  • Provides relevant input to the Head, Logistics Services for the preparation of the business strategy and annual budgets
  • Monitors the delivery of workshop plans and activities in line with the budget, ensuring variances are minimised
  • Supports the Head, Logistics Services to implement and enforce risk management procedures
  • Ensures sites have the proper number of trucks that meet the needs of the business
  • Regularly reports the progress on each job and quickly communicates delays or concerns with the Head of Logistics
  • Reports on manpower overruns or shortfalls
  • Acts as a technical adviser on key projects and other areas of the business as requested.
  • Identifies staff that require on-going training and liaises with Human Capital to facilitate their enrolment on relevant development interventions

Duties and responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists the Gantry supervisor in carrying out ullaging on the trucks to ascertain that the correct quantity and quality of fuel has been dispensed.
  • Performs excellent customer service in all operations.
  • Gives reports regularly to the Gantry supervisor, escalating any issues/ anomalies observed.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC certificate

  • Liaises with maintenance workers to clean out tanks before new stock arrives.
  • Monitors maintenance work on the pipe fittings and water hydrants in the depot.
  • Monitors maintenance and operating costs and advises Management on the annual maintenance budget.
  • Plans, Develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labour and materials.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of 9 years working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the operations / Maintenance Department with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handles all aspects of assigned bookkeeping activities such as reconciliations, journals and nominal ledger administration by updating the accounting application with transactions as they occur
  • Executes measures to ensure that the company’s receivables are effectively monitored and are kept to the minimum
  • Processes cash book transactions and prepares bank reconciliation

  • Plans for and implements periodic and routine testing of product samples
