Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with local and international flight bookings.
  • Prior work experience in a Travel Agency is most preferred
  • Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent use of Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong calendar and appointment management skills.

Remuneration & Perks

  • N200,000 – N250,000 (net monthly)
  • HMO
  • NSITF & ITF
  • 13th Month
  • Monthly Transport Allowance
