Job Title: Executive Assistant to the MD

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in Lagos.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, diary management, and executive support.
• This includes managing communication, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the Managing Director's day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Proximity to location is an added advantage.
• Expertise in Diary Management, drafting of letters and sending mail correspondence
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
