Job Title: Experienced Medical Officer (Site Clinic)

Location: Doguwa LGA, Kano

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and competent Medical Doctor to manage the on-site clinic of a manufacturing facility in Doguwa, Kano State.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality healthcare services to employees, handling medical emergencies, ensuring workplace health and safety compliance, and overseeing the effective running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for employees.
• Maintain accurate medical records with strict confidentiality.
• Implement health & wellness programs.
• Supervise clinic operations, nurses, and medical staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety regulations.

Requirements

• MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or occupational health setting.
• Strong diagnostic and emergency response skills.
• Excellent communication, record-keeping, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations efficiently.
• Valid medical license to practice in Nigeria and Basic Life Support(BLS) certificate.
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or Industrial Medicine is an added advantage.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
