Job Title: State Enumerator

Locations: Abia, Kaduna, Kano, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau,
Employment Type: Temporary

Overview

• Farm Innovation Nigeria Limited seeks applications from qualified individuals for the position of State Enumerators for a project assessment activity. This is a short-term role that will last for a maximum of 7 days (as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data in line with project requirements
• Submit completed questionnaires and other equipment used in fieldwork to the state supervisor
• Participate in briefings; carry out data collection, data entry and/or reporting.
• Document any challenges encountered in obtaining data and provide useful feedback from field activities
• Seek out respondents who fit the suggested profiles in assigned locations and collect data based on the data collection tools (questionnaires) developed and supplied by Farm Innovation
• Gather and accurately record responses on questionnaires using the devices provided by Farm Innovation
• Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed.
• Take on any other assigned responsibility or task in line with project need

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience using mobile data collection tools is preferred
• University degree or equivalent qualification/experience
• Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• The ability to speak Hausa, Yoruba or Ibo is highly preferred
• High level of communication and team working skills
• Excellent spoken and written English.
