Requirements

• Candidates are to present evidence of having completed their degree programme from recognized Universities as well as having undergone induction from the relevant regulatory institutions

Method Of Application
Interested candidates are to obtain application form at the cost of one thousand Naira (N1.000.00) to be paid at the Revenue Unit of the hospital. Such candidates are to present receipt of payment to Mr. A. Etamesor at the Administration Department in order to collect the forms
