In view of the above, we are looking for an intelligent and hardworking lady who has the above listed skill sets to join our team.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Front Desk Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact to clients and attend to their needs
• Raise job order for all job request that come in via telephone, online and walk in customers.
• Accept electronic payments from clients through POS or other electronic means and confirm same with the accountant.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them accordingly
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Issue receipts for all confirmed payments to clients.
• Understand the use of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media handle so as to be able to update the company's social media page and keep the company's social media presence alive on a daily basis.
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet andwelcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).

Education & Experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc / BA / HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experince in a similar role.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 monthly.
