Job Title: Field Marketing Manager Location: Lagos

We require the skills of a creative, forward-thinking, and organized Field marketing manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to the services we render
Be able to develop the sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills and ability to drive a vehicle.
Be able to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Provide in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important meetings

Qualifications

Good first degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field
1- 3 years work experience in marketing
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
