Job Summary

• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing technical equipment and systems at client locations.
• The individual will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of construction-related equipment, systems, and services.
• This role requires extensive travel to project sites and interaction with clients to provide technical support and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain construction equipment, interior systems, fixtures, and related technologies according to project specifications.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing immediate solutions to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Training: Provide technical training to clients and junior staff members on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to support the smooth execution of client projects.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage tools, spare parts, and service materials to ensure availability for prompt service delivery.
• Client Relations: Liaise with clients to provide guidance on equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and technical upgrades.
• Testing & Calibration: Perform routine testing, calibration, and adjustment of equipment to meet safety and operational standards.
• Reporting: Document service activities, including maintenance schedules, issues resolved, and recommendations for future improvements.
