E-waste Producer Responsibility Organization of Nigeria (EPRON) is a non profit organization set up by electrical and electronic producers in Nigeria. It is the Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) set up to implement the Extended Producer Responsibility policy and ensure the environmentally sound management of electronic waste (e-waste) in Nigeria.

Job Title: Finance / Administrative Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• As a Finance/Administrative Manager, you will oversee all financial /administrative aspects of EPRON.
• You will drive the companys financial strategy and planning and ensure its implementation. Assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments while ensuring that all the administrative requirement to drive EPRONs growth are met.
• You will oversee the development and management of the EPRONs corporate budget and the allocation of financial resources to fund physical infrastructure and assets including utilities, facilities, buildings and system maintenance.
• You will oversee and drive the development of Funds financial strategy, administrative function (covering procurement, general services and general administration), work plans and programs, to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAN.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing the finance and administrative operations in a reputable organization, previous experience in a non-profit will be an added advantage.
