Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.
• The ideal candidate will analyze daily financial activities, provide expert advice to senior management, and support informed, strategic decision-making that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, interpreting data for management and recommending actionable strategies.
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and establish frameworks for effective performance.
• Lead the preparation and management of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial monitoring.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with overall business strategy.
• Advise on investment initiatives and propose financial strategies that support company goals.
• Maintain strong financial health and effective cashflow management across the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and performance against business plans.
• Identify financial trends, forecasts, and projections to guide strategic planning.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 4-6 years experience. 
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and guide finance teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of financial statistics, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Familiarity with statutory legislation, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Previous experience in the financial sector (e.g., Financial Analyst).
• Strong understanding of financial trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 / Month.
