We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Financial Assistant

Location: Daywater man College, Abeokuta - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement within the financial operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including answering phones, filing documents, and liaising with clients and vendors as needed.
• Handle the processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, tracking expenditures, and preparing financial reports for management review.

Requirements

• Typically requires at least an Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Bachelor's Degree is often preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• Basic knowledge in Chinese is needed to be qualified for this position.
• 1 years of experience in a financial or accounting role is commonly expected, which can be gained through internships or entry-level positions.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
