We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fleet / Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Supervise drivers and workshop staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and costs

Requirements

• B.Sc ./ HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet or Maintenance Supervisor in a transport/logistics company
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience specifically in a transport company is a strong advantage.
• At least2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
