We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Electrician

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Basic Requirements

  • Age and Education: Usually male, under 40 years old; no specific education requirement, but some large beverage companies (such as PepsiCo) require a technical secondary school diploma or above in electrical-related fields.
  • Certification: Must hold a valid electrician operation license (e.g., low-voltage operation certificate).
  • Work Experience: Experience in equipment maintenance and electrical repair within the food or beverage manufacturing industry, typically 2 years or more.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance and Upkeep: Responsible for routine inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment on production lines to ensure minimal downtime and smooth production.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections, and promptly report to supervisors.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with mechanics and technicians to complete equipment maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshooting: Able to quickly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, assisting engineers in developing improvement plans.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly follow safety operating procedures; live electrical work must be supervised, and protective gear must be worn.

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 monthly.
