Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The marketing executive has the responsibility of increasing the
hotel’s revenue through various channels and ensuring customer
satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop marketing campaigns to create hotel awareness and promotional activities to meet customer needs.
- Communicate with target audiences and manage both prospective and existing client relationships.
- Working closely with the digital team to deliver innovative and creative on-line campaigns.
- Develop and maximize key revenue streams to ensure consistent use of all hotel facilities.
- Develop and manage processes to receive customer feedback.
- Develop action plan to eliminate negative feedback about the hotel.
- Directly manage and coordinate client accounts.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Conduct market research and identify current trends in the hotel industry.
- Create and manage campaigns on social media to increase awareness of the hotel.
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with their stay at the hotel.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or other related courses.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Creativity.
- Positive and persuasive personality.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and planning skills.
