We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Freelance Real Estate / Facility Management Marketer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the management
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities in real estate/facility management through cold calling, networking and social media
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Identify key players in the real estate and facility management sector
• Process and manage customer invoices and quotations
• Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years cognate experience
• ND / HND / B.Sc in a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Skilled in marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and result driven
• Skilled in delivering attractive presentations.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate or Facility Management Sector would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in English
