We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Bookkeeping Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely tracking of expenses
• Answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate department
• Data entry upkeep
• Ensure the Front Desk is presentable and well equipped
• Order and track office equipment and supplies
• Assist in recordkeeping and documentation
• Assist in tracking of the organisation's accounts
• Assist in Bank reconciliation
• Check and verify source documents such as invoices, recripts and other information
• Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities
• Reconciliation of monthly reports

Job Requirements

• The ability to prioritize whilst adhering to strict deadlines
• Ability to maintain spreadsheets
• Proficiency in computer patforms, programs, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Communicating with vendors and staff on a regular basis

Other Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting or any other related discipline.

Salary Range
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
