Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary 

• Project Pulse Integrated Services is recruiting an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage billing, collections, reconciliation, and financial reporting for a leading eye care organisation in Victoria Island.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage invoices and follow up with HMOs, corporate clients, and private patients
• Track and reconcile payments accurately
• Maintain accounts receivable records and generate audit-ready reports
• Resolve discrepancies and monitor overdue receivables

What We’re Looking For:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0–2 years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, payment tracking, customer account management, and accurate financial record-keeping

Salary
N200,000 per month
