We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk position at Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited located in Lekki.
• The Front Desk personnel will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, maintaining phone etiquette, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
• The role also requires computer literacy for handling various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Receptionist Duties, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Customer Care experience is a must have
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
