Pan African Towers Limited is a telecommunications infrastructure and wireless service facilitator. We made our debut on the African continent, starting with initial business operations in Nigeria, in 2017; we will soon have operations in Ghana, and Liberia. We now have close to a thousand towers and operate in every city in Nigeria. We have an aggressive growth plan to reach all parts of Africa and aim to deploy up to thirty-five thousand (35,000) towers, within the next five years to help bridge the broadband coverage gap in Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer (Female)

Location: Adeola Odeku - Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Details

• Cultivate and maintain excellent communication with clients, directors, contractors, and PAT Staff.
• Serve as liaison between the security post and the main office, ensuring proper screening of visitors and documentation of the purpose of the visit.
• Ensure compliance with office/work-station regulations and policies in the reception.
• Ensure constant organization and tidiness are achieved in the reception area.
• Sort and deliver incoming mail to appropriate staff and departments.
• Manage mail dispatch and necessary paperwork related to mail dispatch services. 
• Establish and manage relationships with admin service providers- courier services, repairmen, and stationery suppliers.
• Receive and respond to visitors/phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a register of calls received or complaints from customers received at the front desk.
• Direct incoming calls/visitors as appropriate
• Maintain an accurate register of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Execute other ad-hoc tasks and assignments that may be given

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Administrative / Secretarial Studies or related field
• 4 - 5 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Must be Female
• Minimum of 28 years
• Candidate must have a great appearance, look presentable, and communicate fluently in English.
