The Impact You Will Make

• In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products, order processing, distribution planning, inventory management and reconciling cash and stock.
• You should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Fulfillment Officer will be working with our Sales team in bridging the gap and creating a harmonious relationship between our organization and clients.
• Receiving calls and replying emails from customers
• Receive inquiries and find solutions to customer complaints
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Assist with delivering goods to the customer
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tool.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1- 3 years work experience
• Female preferably for gender balance.
