Job Title: Receptionist / Stock Keeper

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
  • Support administrative tasks and coordinate meeting schedules.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and friendly reception area.

Stock Keeping Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and tracking of items.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Abuja.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or stock keeper is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
