We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Marina, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate when needed.
• Manage visitor logs, issue access badges, and follow security protocols.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails and deliveries.
• Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about the organization.

Requirements

• B.Sc ( Second Class Upper), HND (Upper Credit)
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role (added advantage).

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to handle pressure and work with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary
N213,000 / month
