Basic network troubleshooting and management.
Server backup and monitoring.
Performing regular preventive maintenance.
Escalate IT issues to IT manager where necessary.
Monitor and maintaining of computer systems and networks within the organizations.
Application monitoring and timely reporting of system’s observation.
Monitoring of clients’ websites and reporting non-active activities.
Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.

Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum of one year experience.
