Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Human Resource

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure onboarding for new employees is done as per standard
• Maintain and update employee records on ERP and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the HR team in coordinating employee training, development programs, and welfare.
• Timely and accurate recording and updating daily attendance on the ERP such as Sick leave, Casual leave etc.
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
• Support in organizing employee engagement and development activities and other HR related activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling official correspondence, including emails, phone calls and letters.
• Address employee complaints and inquiries or escalate issues to the appropriate personnels or units.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Human Resource, Business Administration or any related field
• 0-3 years working experience
• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook.
• Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, resourceful thinking and smart
