Person Specification

• First Degree from a reputable institution.
• Additional qualification in Industrial Relations & Personal Management or Business Administration from a reputable institution is desirable.
• Minimum of second-class upper grade
• 1 - 2 years’ work experience in Human Resources.

Essential Requirements

• National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
• Strong team spirit
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Must be open to relocation and willing to work in any part of Nigeria
• Young and energetic
• Ability to thrive in different working conditions.
