Job Description

• Our security solutions startup (Cover Alarm) needs a dynamic, tech-savvy leader with a passion for safety, innovation, and creativity to scale our presence, manage sales growth, and oversee operations across Nigeria.
• This role requires someone with experience in smart security systems (alarms, CCTV, home automation), and a strong background in digital marketing, business growth, and strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead company growth strategy, with direct oversight of sales, marketing, and daily operations.
• Design and implement campaigns (digital & physical) to drive customer acquisition and MRR.
• Build and manage regional partnerships, agent networks, and vendor relations.
• Travel across Nigeria for market expansion, exhibitions, installations, or stakeholder meetings.
• Manage internal teams, customer accounts, and performance reporting via Excel, CRM, and internal dashboards.
• Present and promote Cover Alarm’s products to customers, real estate firms, businesses, estates, and public institutions.
• Coordinate product deployment, installation, and customer experience from inquiry to support.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in IoT, security, home automation, or tech-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of smart fire alarms, CCTV systems, and home automation tools.
• Capable of traveling and executing regional market activations and stakeholder engagements across Nigeria.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Skilled in digital marketing, including Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
• Excellent presentation and pitch skills, including use of PowerPoint, Excel, adobe, and Canva or similar tools.
• Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to create sales materials, pitch decks, reports, and dashboards.
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate projects with external vendors and logistics.
• Basic experience in graphics, web design and video editing is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
