Guinness Nigeria Plc is a major market for Diageo: Guinness Nigeria operates in the unique and fast growing alcohol industry of over 15mhl beer potential. It is the only company that does Total Beverage Alcohol (TBA) in Nigeria. It’s an on trade dominated market but with a fast growing off trade channel. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Brewer Ref No: JR1022693 Location: Ogba, Lagos Job Type: Fill time Worker Type: Regular Job Description

Manage the efficient brewing of all Guinness products on site in accordance with laid down company’s specification.
Control cost of operation by minimizing process waste, maximizing extract level and taking appropriate actions to reduce monthly expenses on fixed and variable costs.
Monitor, by regular liaisons with Quality Assurance, that set quality standards are achieved.
