Job Title: Head, Human Resource Department

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

• The Head of Human Resource will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation and payroll generation.

Qualifications

• A Degree in HR Management as specialty or M.Sc. in Human Resource Management
• A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least five years of executive HR experience.
• Professional qualification CIPM or CIPD or SHRM required
• Proficiency in Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

Salary

• N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.

Other Remuneration:

• Attractive and will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
