We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Biomedical Engineering

Location: Jabi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification and Requirements

• Technical knowledge of laboratory and clinical technologies (e.g., flow cytometers, genetics technology, diagnostic imaging equipment, chemistry and haematology analysers, etc.).
• Experience of working with a cross-cultural range of staff and developing training plans and strategies to meet their unique capacity development needs.
• 7 - 10 years work experience.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other suitable engineering graduate degree from reputable Higher Institution.
• Possession of an additional professional qualification of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience managing biomedical technology and staff at health and/or research facility will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience working in a managerial position providing biomedical engineering support services to a medium-sized organisation.
• All candidates for the above position must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile; they must also possess good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.

Salary Expectation
Negotiable.
