About the Role

• We are looking for a Head of Compliance who can ensure regulatory adherence, manage risks, and uphold ethical standards across all business operations.
• This leadership role requires deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, attention to detail, and the ability to build processes that protect both the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee compliance programs and policies
• Advise leadership on compliance and governance matters
• Train teams on compliance best practices
• Monitor industry regulations and ensure company alignment
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

Requirements

• Extensive experience in compliance, governance, or legal advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to design compliance frameworks
