Role Overview

• We are seeking a forward-thinking Head, People & Culture to lead our human capital strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure our people practices drive business growth.
• The ideal candidate will be both a strategic partner to leadership and a champion of employee engagement, talent development, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement people strategies aligned with EkoGuard’s mission and growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR best practices, and internal policies.
• Lead change management efforts to support business transformation.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and succession planning.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Drive learning, development, and performance management initiatives.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports retention and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Minimum 7 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in service-driven industries.
• Proven track record in talent management, culture building, and strategic HR delivery.
