Repton Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services. We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja. In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots. We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations. We are long standing Lafarge Cement & Dangote Cement Distributor respectively. Thus, we are very familiar with both the industry and the markets.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health and Safety Officer

Location: Ewekoro and its environ, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide psycho-social support to employees
• Conducting RHM and Patrols
• Coordinate and arrange HSE related training and programmes
• Knowledgeable about key logistics safety KPIs
• Ensuring Quality Inspection of Assets and equipment
• Contributing measures to assure personnel safety.
• Conducting RTA & RCAs and ensuring documentations
• Enforcing safety guidelines in line with company's policy and procedures
• Monitoring and analysis of safety performance dashboard

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Requirements: B.Sc / HND in Engineering / Science
• HSE Level 1&2 certification from a reputable institution
• Candidate must be within age 22-30 and preferably Male applicant
• Applicant should reside around Ewekoro and its environment.
• 3-5 years experience in Logistics safety industry post NYSC
