New Star Metal International Limited is a company that manufactures Aluminum ingot and package non-ferrous metals for exportation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer

Location: Owode Onirin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• To advice the management on environmental managementmatters
• Ensure that workers are complaint with all environmenatl laws as they affect health
• Monitor and control waste that could result in emission, pollution and environmental degradation such as smoke, industrial water waste and chemicals
• To ensure that factory workers put on their safety and protective wears at all times, especially while on duty
• To conduct and organize induction training programs to educate workers on health and environmental matters.
• To ensure that waste and dustbins are strategically placed in the company's premises
• To ensure procedures to implement safety and environmental principles in the company and strictly obeyed by all and sundry

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Age: 23 - 30 years.

Salary
N130,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
