We allow small business owners focus on their core business areas while we provide practical and effective Human Resource solutions for their business. We work closely with our clients to understand their business and resource needs and develop strategies to help attract, engage, motivate, compensate, train, manage performance and generally retain a competent and value-driven workforce.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 3 years HR experience.
• Client-Oriented approach.
• Ability to analyse situations and solve problems using initiative.
• Self - Leadership.
• Strong Research skills.
• L&D experience desired (content research and development).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 monthly
