Job Description

• The company is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team to implement a range of human resources programmes to support its growth.

Main Responsibilities Comprise

• Recruitment and talent acquisition; training and development
• Workforce planning
• Employee services
• Compensation and benefits management
• Crafting and driving the implementation of policies

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5-6 years HR experience.

Desirable:

• Master's Degree in a related discipline, professional qualification.

Compensation

• Competitive between NGN4,000,000 - 8,000,000 per year pre-tax.
