Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for coordinating HR related matters including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, implementation of organizational policies and guidelines, training and development, performance management, payroll processing and HR data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
• Credibility and strong interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, approachability and emotional intelligence
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Excellent written and verbal communicaton
• Good knowledge of MS suites and analytics
• Strong presentation skills
• Leadership and management ability
