Its business types include manufacturing and supply chain operation Hybrid Solar Inverter, Lithium Batteries, MPPT (charge controllers) and monocrystalline solar panels, photovoltaic power station construction investment, and so on.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Vast understanding and calculation of payroll.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Professional certification in HR (e.g. CIPM, SHRM-CP).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria.
