We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: HSE Assistant - Golden Pasta / Snacks

Location: Agbara, Ogun

The Job

  • Support in ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines by following safety protocols.
  • Monitor the operations within the factory to ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and communicate corrections where variations exist.
  • Check the facility to ascertain that all environmental and safety equipment are in ready to use condition and also reporting each status as routinely required.
  • Maintain records of accidents, injuries, and near misses to help prevent future incidents
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety Department
  • Educate employees about safety rules and regulations, equipment usage, and accident prevention techniques.
  • Preparing workers for emergencies by conducting fire drills and evacuation simulations.
  • Monitor the operations within the factory to ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and communicate corrections where variations exist.

Qualifications

  • OND in Engineering / Sciences or related courses
  • 5 O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.
  • HSE Certifications is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

  • Be Proactive
  • Able to work independently and meticulous.
  • Pay attention to details.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
