Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes:

• Recruitment and Hiring.
• Training and Development.
• Employer-Employee Relations.
• Handle Disciplinary Actions
• Contract mentoring and employee counseling.
• Maintain, administrative work, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software.
• Maintain Company Culture.
• Manage Employee Benefits.
• Create a Safe Work Environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N100,000 Salary Monthly.
