We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Provide support in the various human resource functions, which includes:

Recruitment and Hiring.
Training and Development.
Employer-Employee Relations.
Handle Disciplinary Actions
Contract mentoring and employee counseling.
Maintain, administrative work, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software.
Maintain Company Culture.
Manage Employee Benefits.
Create a Safe Work Environment.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Remuneration
N60,000 - N100,000 Salary Monthly.
