Human Resource Generalist at Rainoil Limited

Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• B.Sc in HRM / Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least three years of human resource management experience preferred. CIPM an added advantage.
• 1 - 5 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours:

• 08:00am - 05:00pm (Mondays to Fridays).
