• Manage Employee Benefits/Awards
• Ensure Safe Working Environment
• Handle Disciplinary Actions
• Provide HR Reports
• Training planning and facilitation
• Employer-Employee Relations
• Maintain Company Culture

Requirements/Qualifications

• First Degree from a reputable Institution
• The preferred candidate must have HR Consulting background.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the same capacity.
• HR Professional Certification is compulsory e.g. CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, CIPD
