Maxcare is a Nigerian based pharma company, consisting of organically growing chain of pharmacies, supermarkets, and beauty stores. In addition to running our own retail outlets,we are distributors to a wide range of pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical manufacturers both locally and internationally, serving a variety of end markets including hospitals, clinics, and other retail pharmacies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of excellent employees
• Payroll management
• Preparation of clear and concise reports
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process
• Training, counseling, and coaching of employees
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and compensation evaluation and review
• Policy implementation and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years or more experience on the role.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional interpersonal communication
• Comprehensive understanding of employment law.
• Thorough attention to details.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
