Stand With A Girl (SWAG) Initiative is a registered youth led organization dedicated to ensuring that every girl in Nigeria no matter where she is born or found is empowered to fulfill her maximum potentials.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Personnel

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems within the organization.
• Provide Technical guidance on policies and procedures.
• Manage performance evaluation and employee records.
• Ensure legal compliance and manage disciplinary issues.
• Contribute to project activities and other organizational tasks.
• Oversee recruitment, job descriptions, and hiring processes.
• Design onboarding and training programs for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field like Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
• 2 years plus experience in Human resources.
• Proven interpersonal and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, and a commitment to girls and youth empowerment.
• Prior experience in a Non-Governmental Organisation.
