We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Analyst

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

B.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
Minimum of 2- 3 years working experience in a similar role,
Possess or student member of CIPM is an added advantage.

Skills / Competencies Requirements:

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong capabilities in HR strategy formulation, talent sourcing, talent engagement and retention.
Staff Training and development, Appraisal management, Staff Welfare, Payroll administration
Must have strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Highly proficient in problem solving and analytical thinking.
