Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a passionate and experienced HR professional to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic organization, and support our people strategy?

Qualifications

• A University Degree in Arts or Social Sciences (preferably in Human Resources)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
• HR certification is a strong advantage

Key Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance, payroll etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Experience in performance management, policy implementation, and staff development is desirable
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
