Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and grievance/dispute resolution amongst others.

Job Specifications

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Law, Business Administration or Human Resource
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years prior experience in human resource administration and management
• Microsoft Word proficient
• Strong analytical, critical, deep, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• Flexible and adaptability skill
• Ability to work under pressure
• Below 35 years of age.
• Understanding and knowledge of human capital management and business partnering.
• Have strong understanding of human resource or employment/labour law and compliance
• Ability to develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Excellent supervision, business presentation skills, organization and leadership abilities, self-motivated with a result-driven approach and problem-solving skill.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
