Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
A minimum of 4 - 6 years in a Human Resource supervisory role
Professional membership ( CIMP or any relevant body)
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour law
